According to the Article 35 of the CRP [Portuguese Constitution] and the 67/98 Law of October 26th, the data gathered on the portal’s visitors isn’t a personal type one; therefore the visitor’s identity confidentiality is guaranteed.
However, the visitors’ identification will always be carried out if illegal acts occur inside the Portal, when they break the respective code of conduct, or when it is required by legal decision.
The PA, SGPS, commits itself taking all necessary measures to avoid losses, misuse or change of the information got from the citizens.
If the visitor wants to send a message to the Portal, his/her address will not be recorded or disclosed, except if it is ordered by an injunction.
